Account and terms of use
These terms govern creating a CastPost account and using the current service. The privacy policy explains data processing; social platform permissions are granted separately on each platform’s authorisation screen.
Parties, account and acceptance
The service provider is Sarikaya It-Firma, Norway, organisation number 929019202. Registration or invitation acceptance requires acceptance of these terms and acknowledgement of the privacy policy; document versions are recorded. Provide accurate information, protect your account, and act only for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent. Report unauthorised access to support.
Service scope and platform independence
CastPost provides content preparation, authorised social account connections, publishing, scheduling, reporting and supported engagement/automation tools. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube are independent services and do not operate CastPost. Features depend on permissions, review, account type, quotas and technical eligibility. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or availability to every user.
Content rights and limited processing permission
Your content remains yours or the relevant rights holder’s. You grant only the service-limited permission needed to store and technically process selected content and send it to the platform on your instructions; ownership is not transferred. You must have the necessary rights and authority for images, video, music, brands and personal data. Check target accounts and publishing settings before submitting.

By using YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms . Relevant actions are also subject to Facebook terms https://www.facebook.com/terms.php , Instagram terms https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870 , Threads terms https://help.instagram.com/769983657850450 and TikTok terms https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/eea/terms-of-service/en . TikTok Direct Post and inbox draft transfer are different: you finish drafts in TikTok. Comply with platform privacy, music and commercial-content rules. Automations operate only within the scope you enable.
Acceptable use
Spam, harassment, fake engagement, impersonation, unauthorised data collection/account access, unlawful content, malware and bypassing platform security or quota controls are prohibited. Use messaging/comment automations consistently with recipients’ rights and platform rules. Selling connected account data or using it for unauthorised surveillance is prohibited.
AI output
AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; review it before publishing. AI suggestions are not professional legal/financial advice and do not guarantee reach, followers or sales. The privacy policy explains AI processing. Respect third-party copyright, trademarks and personal data rights in inputs and outputs.
Plans, quotas and charges
Free, Pro and Studio names and displayed quotas describe the current service scope. Paid checkout is not active; no payments are taken and administrator-assigned plans are not billed. Before paid use starts, price, tax, billing period, renewal, cancellation and payment obligations must be clearly displayed and separately accepted. A plan name alone is not a payment instruction or consent.
Disconnection, cancellation and account deletion
Disconnect accounts in Settings, remove platform authorisation on the platform, and export/delete your account in Account & Security. Disconnection, subscription cancellation, deleting CastPost and deleting platform content are separate actions. Deleting CastPost does not delete content already published on a platform. The Account and data deletion page explains deletion scope and records that may remain.
Service changes and suspension
Maintenance, security incidents, revoked authorisation or platform API changes can affect service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict necessary access in response to abuse or security risk; where legally and safely possible, we provide a reason and a support channel for objections. Material changes to terms/data use are communicated in advance and new acceptance or permission is obtained where required.
Future paid terms (not yet in effect)
Commercial terms for recurring payments, tax-inclusive pricing, billing intervals, automatic renewal, cancellation/reactivation at period end, failed payments, plan changes, refunds, chargebacks and withdrawal rights for digital services have not been finalised. Paid checkout remains closed until these are determined and an appropriate purchase flow exists. These terms do not promise a nonexistent payment provider or refund period.
Mandatory rights, complaints and contact
These terms do not remove applicable mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory rights in Norway or another country remain protected where applicable; no exclusive foreign court or mandatory arbitration clause is imposed.
